1. Scope and roles
This Policy applies to the Axiafrodyte application, the Axiafrodyte website, and authorized Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages, YouTube channels, and Telegram channels. Depending on the processing activity, Axiafrodyte acts as a service provider or processor on behalf of the connected account owner and as a controller for account administration, security, compliance, and support information.
2. Information processed
- Connected account, Facebook Page, and channel identifiers, names, handles, profile images, ownership or Page-task information, and public metadata made available through official platform APIs.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, connection status, and technical authorization records required to maintain an authorized connection.
- Content selected by an authorized operator, including posts, Reels, videos, images, audio, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, drafts, schedules, and publication status.
- Eligible Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger messages, story replies, comments, replies, sender or author identifiers, moderation status, and event metadata required to provide configured workflows.
- Official analytics and insight data, including views, reach, engagement, followers, audience geography, devices, traffic sources, and account, Page, channel, or content statistics.
- Automation settings, response content, trigger rules, delivery, deduplication, diagnostic, security, and audit records.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to provide visible user-facing features requested by connected account owners and their authorized representatives. These features include connecting accounts, creating and scheduling content, publishing through official APIs, synchronizing publication status, managing and moderating comments or eligible interactions, displaying official analytics, preventing duplicate actions, securing the platform, and diagnosing failures.
4. Google and YouTube API Data
Axiafrodyte uses YouTube API Services. Its Google and YouTube API client is operated by Federico Dionisi for the internal activity of Axiafrodyte. Google and YouTube information is accessed only after an authorized operator completes Google’s OAuth consent flow. Axiafrodyte accesses, collects, stores, and otherwise uses channel identity and metadata, OAuth authorization records, videos and Shorts, thumbnails and publication metadata, comments and replies, moderation status, and channel or content analytics only to provide the visible YouTube management features requested by the authorized user.
For information about Google’s processing, see the Google Privacy Policy. Axiafrodyte’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Axiafrodyte stores, accesses, and collects information directly on or from users’ devices and browsers through first-party authentication, session, security, language, theme, and preference cookies or similar technologies, including local storage. These technologies authenticate users, retain interface preferences, secure sessions, prevent abuse, and maintain requested workflows. Google and YouTube may use cookies during Google OAuth and on their own pages under the Google Privacy Policy. Axiafrodyte does not allow third-party advertisers to place cookies in the API Client.
6. Meta and Telegram data
Instagram and Facebook Page data is accessed only after the account owner or a person with the required Page tasks completes Meta’s OAuth flow. Axiafrodyte uses Page identity, posts, Reels, comments, eligible Messenger events, Page access tokens, and official insights only for the visible publishing, analytics, moderation, and automation features requested by authorized users. Telegram channel data is processed only for channels on which the configured account has the necessary administrative permissions. Axiafrodyte does not request social account passwords and does not use message, comment, Page, or channel data for unrelated advertising or resale.
7. AI-assisted safety and moderation
Comment or message text and limited recent context may be sent to an AI service provider solely to detect serious abuse, threats, harassment, explicit report threats, or harmful spam before an automated response is allowed. Requests are sent with provider-side response storage disabled where supported. Axiafrodyte does not use Google, YouTube, Meta, or Telegram data to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Human operators remain able to review, restore, or block suspended users.
8. Sharing and service providers
Information may be exchanged with Google and YouTube, Meta, or Telegram to provide the requested platform functionality. Limited information may also be processed by hosting, private storage, security, monitoring, and AI service providers acting under Axiafrodyte’s instructions. Axiafrodyte does not sell social platform data and does not allow independent use by these providers.
9. Retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are retained only while the account remains connected or as necessary to complete a verified disconnection or deletion request. Cached platform data, publication records, media, comments, analytics, diagnostic information, and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the authorized service, protect the platform, resolve support matters, and comply with legal obligations. Verified deletion requests and Google data associated with revoked authorization are completed within 30 calendar days, subject only to narrowly required legal or security records.
10. Security
Axiafrodyte applies technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to authorization and operational data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, services are isolated, access is role-based, and sensitive values are never embedded in public pages or frontend assets.
11. User controls and requests
Authorized operators can disconnect an account or Facebook Page from Axiafrodyte at any time. Meta users can revoke access through Facebook’s Business Integrations settings, and Google users can revoke access through Google security settings or their Google Account connections. Account owners and individuals may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion using the Data Deletion instructions.
12. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, Axiafrodyte applies appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers.
13. Updates
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, official platform APIs, or platform policies. The effective date identifies the current version.
